We are looking forward very much to seeing you all again and having a faerie-tastic weekend together in Alfriston!


🍄 Ticket Collection 🍄


Please bring a printed/digital copy of your PayPal receipt as proof of ticket purchase. All tickets/wristbands will be available for collection on the gate. Please reply to this email if you would like us to resend a copy of your PayPal receipt or check that you have ordered the correct ticket type. We can upgrade your ticket type if you wish to stay longer.


Ticket Types


Thursday Pass

If you would like to arrive the day before the event starts, please purchase a 'Thursday pass' for each adult via the website. This permits entry from 12 noon on Thursday 18th May.

One Day Ticket

Can be used on any day starting from 10am and includes optional camping for one night starting from your day of arrival. You must leave site the following day by 11am. For example, if you arrive on the Friday you must leave the site by 11am on the Saturday. If you arrive on the Saturday you must leave site by 11am on the Sunday. We will be running wristband checks as usual and this year camping areas will be sorted by ticket type so that you can load/unload more easily from your vehicles to your camping pitch.


Two Day Ticket

Can be used on Friday/Saturday (you must leave site by 11am on the Sunday) or Saturday/Sunday (you must leave site by 12 noon on the Monday). Entry is possible from 10am.


Three Day Ticket

Entry available from Friday at 10am and you must leave site by 12 noon on the Monday.





🍄 Vehicle Passes 🍄


If you are coming by car, large vehicle, van, campervan, caravan or spaceship, please ensure you have purchased a pass prior to your arrival. 🚀

🍄 Accessible Parking 🍄


If you require an accessible parking space, please contact us prior to the event so we can make a note against your order. If you have already requested a space, please feel free to check-in with us once again to ensure you are on our list. If you need any support during the event please ask one of our stewards who will be wearing hi viz vests or come to one of the 'meeting points' which will be signed.




🍄 Food & Drink Stalls 🍄


There will be a delicious selection of food and drink stalls at this years event. These stalls include:


⦁     Authentic India - authentic Indian snacks and meals

⦁     Hide and Greek - greek street food

⦁     Pizza Buena - handmade pizzas freshly made to order

⦁     The Veggie Hub - chinese dishes, chips, pasta and noodles

⦁     Meditese - Fresh coffee + sweet and savoury pancakes

⦁     Cakes n Bakes - cakes, brownies, traybakes and cookies

⦁     Stumble Inn - mead and cider

🍄 What should you bring to the event? 🍄


Items we recommend you bring:


⦁     Tent

⦁     Sleeping bag, pillow and spare blankets

⦁     Inflatable bed or ground mat

⦁     Toilet Roll (our flush loos are maintained to a high standard throughout the event but it's always good to carry spare

⦁     Shampoo and body wash - the venue is a working campsite and has hot showers

⦁     First aid kit - we also have an onsite First Aid point

⦁     Torch

⦁     Towel - microfibre are great as they dry very quickly

⦁     Water bottle (there is clean water access)

⦁     Cooler box for food. Please ensure food is packed securely so foxes don't help themselves at night

⦁     Warm waterproof coat

⦁     Spare clothes including warm socks

⦁     Sunscreen

⦁     Note pad and pen to make notes during talks/workshops

⦁     Camera - please share snaps with us after the event

⦁     Well behaved dogs are welcome at the event but must be on a lead at all times. Please bring doggy bags to clean up after your four legged friend
