Faerie Festival 2017 will be held at
Pleasant Rise Farm, Cuckmere Road, Alfriston, East Sussex, BN26 5TN
Our venue includes two large camping fields plus multiple flush toilets and indoor showers with hot running water. All live music and performances will take place inside our large music tent and we also have workshop tents for adults and kids. As usual well behaved dogs are welcome at the festival. We are now able to offer private fire pit facilities and Bell Tents for hire!
Are day passes available? Day passes are available and cost £25 for adults and £14 for children (under 5's go FREE!). Day tickets include camping for one night on the day of your arrival.
What ages count as children's tickets? - Children's tickets are available for ages 4-15.
How do I buy tickets? - Tickets and passes can be ordered by visiting our online shop or by calling 07845 438340.
What are the festivals opening times? - The festival opens at 10am on Friday 19th May with entertainment running until 11pm on Sunday 21st May. All visitors must have left the site by 12 noon on Monday 22rd May.
Can I leave the site and return again? Yes you can and if you have booked a hotel you are welcome to leave each evening and return during the day.
What time does the live music play until? - All music will end by 11.30pm on the Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.
What if it rains? - We have a large marquee where all stage entertainment will take place, a marquee for workshops, a children's entertainment tent and all stalls will also bring their own shelter. A variety of chillout spaces can also be found onsite (including a sauna!).
Can I have a BBQ or start fires on site? Yes!
Can I bring a generator to fit to my campervan? For the comfort of other visitors and to reduce noise pollution we do not allow visitors to bring their own generators.
What facilities are there on site? - A clean water pipe, flush toilets and hot showers will be available on site. All toilets are cleaned and maintained throughout the event.
Can I bring my dog onsite? - Well-behaved dogs are permitted on site and must be kept on leads. Any mess must also be cleaned, we do provide bins for collected dog mess.
I have a disability: can I still come to the festival? - Yes! Festival attractions are all in very close proximaty to each other. We also offer convenient parking and free carers passes. Please note: there are currently no wheelchair accessable toilets/showers onsite. The venue are in the process of gaining planning permission to improve on the facilities available.
Can I come alone? - Many visitors attend the event on their own. The fest is a great way to make new friends!
Can I bring a sleep-in vehicle or caravan on site? Yes, unless it's a very large motor home (e.g. a Winnebago), a full-sized coach or over 7.5 tons. You will need to buy a sleep-in vehicle pass from the tickets page.
Can I buy food at the festival? - A variety of food stalls will be available at the festival catering for most diets.
Is there electrical access for visitors on site? - There are a limited number of electrical access points which are offered on a first come, first served basis. You need to bring your own hookups.
Is alcohol permitted on site? - Alcohol is permitted on site. A bar will be open on site.
